Why Travel Vaccinations Matter
- Travel vaccines protect your health by lowering the risk of serious diseases common in other parts of the world.
- They prevent you from bringing illnesses home, keeping family, friends, and your community safe.
- Some countries require proof of vaccination, so being up to date ensures you meet entry requirements without hassle.

Do I need to wear a mask if I am sick?
We do not require masking in our clinic. However, if you are ill, masking is a good way to prevent spread of infection to others in the clinic who may be vulnerable to illness.
Can I just walk in with a minor illness?
Yes, you can. We understand that minor illnesses can strike without warning. Walk-ins are welcome at our pharmacy, although scheduling an appointment can reduce wait times and ensure you receive prompt care.
When should I go to the emergency room instead of Health Box Clinic?
While we are adept at managing minor injuries, there are situations when it’s essential to seek immediate medical attention at an emergency room. These include severe injuries like deep wounds, fractures, severe burns, difficulty breathing, chest pain, sudden severe headache, or symptoms of stroke. Any symptoms that you feel could be life-threatening should always be treated as an emergency. When in doubt, it’s always safer to go to the emergency room.
